Unprofessional service from Neotel

I requested my services be cancelled with Neotel in August 2012 due to their lack of service and my account being tripple the amount of what i applied for, I was advised that i had to give a months notice. I have sent email after email and have called the JHB and CT branch on numerous occasions, i have reference number after reference number, in December I spoke to the Supervisor who promised to attend to the matter as I AM STILL BEING BILLED for a service I can no longer make use of, i have sent all my payment confrimations to all the email addresses i have been given and that reflect on Neotel website yet they have handed me over... Nadia from McRobert attorneys is also most disappointed in Neotel not coming back to me and agrees that i am in the right. If you call the call center and speak to a consultant you are put on hold for 10min at a time in order for them to check every little thing you query, the calls are always rediculously long? Neotel confirmed that my services were suspended in November and cancelled in December, i requested my account be cancelled in August. All i want is for this accont to be out of my life as Neotel services are beyond appaling and unprofessional!
