I am trying to cancel my Vodacom contract for the past 3 years and being blatantly ignored.
What upsets me is that if I just tell the bank to cancel the debit order Vodacom will place an ITC check against me.
Daylight!
Anyhow, ... can anyone from vodacom hear my plea and actually help me cancel this burden??? I also demand my money back for all the months I have been paying (a number of years - without you allowing me to cancel).
