I bought a pair of shoes from the Socrati on 29th January2026, i warned the shoe 31st once and on the 3rd February i took them back no respond since. The shoe had a factory defect that as a client i was not aware of, which caused a deep scar on my leg. I reported this to staff, but they declined to exchange nor refund citing store policy, their store policy refund does not have a clause of the faulty/ store damage policy. Under the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), i am entitled to a refund/replacement for faulty goods causing harm.
I requested:
A full refund nor replacement of a pair. Compensation for harm caused.
