I never get my statements from NEOTEL, but they manage to hand-over my account EVERY MONTH to McRobert Attorneys. I have emailed them since the the 8th of January, spoke to a hundred consultants, and still no joy. Now my service is suspended due to non payment - because I have not received a statement. Seems I must thumb an amount & simply pay. Not that anyone from NEOTEL will respond to this, as I have complained before, and guess what?? NO RESPONSE!! Go NEOTEL!!
