Looks like that I only get a response from Neotel when I post here...
My email from this morning: My contract ends on the 27th Jan as stated in email below and I also get charged until this day. So why is my internet already cut off? Could you please let me know? Also when I signed up with neotel 3.5 years ago I had to pay a deposit. When I'm getting this money refunded?
Previous Email Neotel: As per our conversation, this is to confirm that your account has been scheduled for termination on the 27th of January 2014, with Reference Number: SREQ_118009101. Your next bill will be for the full subscription as normal and due to your termination during this month, you will thereafter be credited on the pro-rata for the termination date, this will only be seen in the following statement as a credit.
