Price display and denied because the price at the till goes up with R700

I wanted to buy a phone and the price was R3799 and went on the till to pay then it went up to R4500 and then Nomsa told me they would not sell it to me as they would lose their jobs and she was not apologetic about it and what made me angry she said to my face she coud have given me the phone at the price it was displayed but she is not gonna do it
