I called Neotel on Monday 22/04/2013 to request a quote to move our business and our call centre over to Neotel. I am still waiting for them to take the time to hear what we need and give us a quote.
Mon, 22/04/2013, Morning: I called Neotel to get a quote for moving all our business lines over to them
- Neotel promised to call me at around 1200
Mon, 22/04/2013, 1400: I call Neotel to ask why I had not been contact, they promised to call me back
- Neotel did call me back promptly but after explaining our needs they told me to contact Enterprise
Mon, 22/04/2013, 1430-1500: I call Neotel Enterprise and explain what we need
-Neotel Enterprise then tells me that I need to contact Consumer for what I want. After further explaining that we need a lot of different services from Neotel they promise me that I will be called by a manager.
Tue, 23/04/2013, 1146: I email enterprise asking why I had not received a call
- 23/04/2013, 1200: Neotel sends an email to sales to telling them to help
- 23/04/2013, 1324: Neotel asks for my contact number
Tue, 23/04/2013, 1538: I sent my number
- No call
Thu, 25/04/2013 0846: I email and implore them to help
- 25/04/2013 1130: No Response as yet
