I have been working for NWK since 2019 as an amputee, delivering to the best of my ability. I reported that I have a 2010 record of felony, and after 10 years, my record will be clean. As NWK was about to make me a permanent worker and had done a background check, they refused to allow me to work for them any further.

I worked 5 or 6 years as a seasonal worker, and there was never a problem with the record. NWK is the only place that didn't look at my amputation and always gave me a chance. I'm devastated not working for NWK anymore, and since I was asked to leave, I cannot find another workplace.

I would appreciate it if anyone can reply to my complaint and explain to me why I cannot work there anymore.
