Incorrect Neodata usage

I had purchased a NeoData device on the 11 November 2012 for R799 on promotion and after approximately 6 months of usage was surprised when my device had one day stopped working. I phoned Neotel to investigate the problem and was told that my balance on the device was now 0. The data on the Neodata device was advertised as 24 gig and so it was a shock to hear the balance was now 0 as I had monitored my data usage based on Neotel's client application which maintains its own logs. The total logged by Neotel's client software amounted to approximate 12 gig data used, nowhere near the full 24 gig allocation! Their records show me connected on days not even reflected in their client software.

I have sent this query in detail to Neotel on the 23 April and have received nothing but an automated response. I feel highly cheated as I did not receive what I paid for. I have been a Neotel customer for 3 years and I am not even given the courtesy of a suitable and timeous response. Shocking customer service Neotel!!!
