On the 13 Feb 2013, I logged a complaint with Hellopeter regarding the non-delivery of my phone and on the 15 Feb 2013, I was contacted by an MTN Representative (Nomonde) and she promised that my phone would be delivered by the latest Wednesday, Feb 20, 2013 (REQ:1760583) and to date, I have not received my phone which was due for delivery on the 29th January 2013 as promised by Skhumbuzo from Carleton Centre MTN Outlet (SLA: 2 weeks). Nomonde never came back to me and again, I've been the one contacting the Technical Call Centre. Last week (19 Feb 2013), I called the Technical Call Centre and demanded to speak to a manager, I was referred to Sarah, who then returned my call that same afternoon and also confirmed that my phone has been ready since 9 Feb 2013 and she too, promised me a delivery by no later than 21 Feb 2013. On 22 Feb 2013 I went to Carleton Centre to collect my phone and to my shock, my phone was not available. On 01 March 2013, I called the Technical Call Centre and was answered by Nozipho and I asked to speak to Sarah, but Nozipho said Sarah was busy and she'd return my call... I'm still waiting for Sarah's call. Please HELP I NEED MY PHONE, WORKING OR NOT!
