Contract on my name without my knowledge
I have a contract with Vodacom. My bill is always around R189 because I don't use it much. I got a shock on the 28/02/2013 when R3605.17 was debited from my account by Vodacom. I called customer care and spoke to Kyle who was very helpful and he informed me that there is a secondary contract opened on the 18th of January on my account and the bill originated from that number. I know nothing about this secondary contract. I went to get an affidavit on the 01/03/2013 and faxed that with my ID and bank statement as requested to the no. 0860082082. I have the fax report that it went through. I called today and was told fax not received and was promised a ref no. by sms which never came. I sent the fax again twice today. I really need my money back. they wont even tell me where this secondary contract was opened. i am tired of phoning and holding. Please help. I am at the end of my tether!
