Terrible initial hosting configuration and support

After spending 6 hours trying to get my site up, with about 4 hours of those holding on the phone, I am at my wits end. All I want Afrihost to do is host my Nopcommerce ecommerce site. Its a [URL Removed] 4 framework application with a ms sql 2005 database. The site came up for - 30mim at 16:15 today, and then went down again. I have been back on the phone since 6pm until now nearly 21:30 tonight trying to establish and get get feedback in the form of IIS error screen shot, a log of the error or anything that could point me in the right direction. Does the application have full trust privileges??? None of this feedback has been forthcoming. Has/does Afrihost host any other Nopcommerce installations. Why is this so problematic, do you have any experience hosting windows applications or is everything Linux focused. Even through the control panel there is no option to manage your ms sql database, or view application error logs. I cannot hold on any longer and wait for first line support to resolve this issue. This is absolutly ridiculous and Im still holding on as I type this complaint. [URL Removed]
