My phone was booked in for repair and in Jan 2013 till today. when i was told that i need to pay for the repair and i contacted Vodacome call centre wanting to understand the reason why i should pay for repair. the consulted (Sarah) promised to get back to me about my query. After two weeks no one return or come back to me. AGAIN, i had to contacted repair centre to find out if my phone has been fixed, the consulted i spoke with was Suen and he also promised to get back to me. both consulted made promised to call me about my query/issue till today on me one called me about this issue.

today 20/02/2013 i contacted repair spoke to Thandi and Boni about this matter and told that my phone is not repair bcs i rejected the quote of which i did not not reject because i was still waiting for both consulted to get back to me.

i have agreed with Boni today to go through my conversation with both consultants, however i will not be able to pay for my repair as my time was waisted.

i would appreciate if this matter is resolved immediately.
