I took a contract for a water resistant Sony Experia after 3 months the speaker stopped working as they said it's liquid damage when i took the phone back to MTN Southgate Branch on 2013/06/05 where the manager told the consultant (NOZUKO LIGUNYA) that assist to give me a new phone as the phone i have is still new and must have not been closed prober from the factory as its water resistant and she refused and she booked the phone for repairs and told me that it takes 7 working days for the phone to be repaired and every time i call the store they don't have an answer for me they keep on referring me to the the technical department which i think that they must do any how i spoke to Nozipho on 2013/06/18 at the technical department which i have to call myself and she said the phone will be fixed after two days I'm still waiting and the said part is that MTN staff do not follow up on customer's queries they tell the customer's that they must call the technical department and when i call they are always off line .this is very bad service for something that i must pay that i don't have
