I recently walked in to Woolworths where some staff members look and treat you as though they own the store. I hardly ever want to ask for help, because they make you feel as though you're a big bother! I really wanted this jacket and had no other choice but to ask a lady by the name of Sarah is ladieswear. Sarah was soooooo helpful and promised that she would find this jacket and call me back. Minutes later, Sarah called me and said that she had found it and I can collect at customer services. I thank Sarah for changing my feel on the woolies staff and for going the extra mile!
