I upgraded my contract on the 30/06/2013 to a Q10 and from Sunday to Wednesday I tried in vain together with my IT department & your Technical Helpline to transfer all my data (cell numbers, bbm contacts, email addresses etc) and this just could not be done. The Technical department advised me that I should take the phone back to the store which I did on the 03/07/13 and they sent it off, I spoke to Sarah and told her that I do not want this phone as it is not doing what I want it to do they need to take the phone back and reversel my upgrade, she told me she cannot do that but took the phone in to be sent to the technicians to assess.
In the interim I lodged a complaint and Ntombi called me and I gave her the run down and she advised me that the store must take the phone back and she would call them and I am within my right not to take the phone back and they are able to reverse my upgrade. I am paying for a contract & a phone I do not have and you are insisting I take back the phone NO I have done everything within the proper channels. I refuse to be taken for a ride you guys are rip offs and the staff working there are incompentent I have been mislead from day 1
