Good day,
I bought a Babyliss straighter in November last year its has 2 years guarantee on it, it stopped working. I emailed all the necessary things till slip, club card, photos of the straightener everything and I still have not heard back from anyone its been 2 weeks. I do would like to get it fixed if possible or be refunded or get a replacement one just tell me where I can go to. I live in Pretoria and I bought it from Montana Crossing clicks. I hope to hear back from anyone regarding this matter.
