Good day,

On 26/11/2013 an appllication form was send through to the call centre requesting a new iPhone5S to be added to our excisting contract. Only to find out in January that the phone was delivered 'apparently' on 17/12/2013 but that no one was available to collect/receive the phone.

Our premises has 24 hour 7 days a week security guards and we've checked with them re the delivery of the phone etc. They stated that no cell phone delivery occurred during that period.
1. My query/concern is that no one at Vodacom or courier service company phoned to confirm the delivery of the phone (which is very strange as normally we get a confirmation phone call beforehand)
2. Mpho at the call centre stated on 08/01/2014 that we'll be placed on back order only to find that this isnt the case and that we were only placed on backorder today.

We urgently require this iPhone5S as the item was ordered in November 2013 and still we await delivery!!!

Please ensure that we get a phone by the end of this week otherwise we will cancel the order and move the request to a different service provider!
