CANCELLATION OF CONTRACT

I booked my phone in at Morningside 11 Jan 2013 for warranty repair. 3 weeks later I guessed it might be ready for collection because nobody called me, as was promised. Today is 30 January, MTN you still do not know where my 9900 Bold is. I have called the repair centre 9 times, I spoke to Sarah today, the supervisor. She cannot help me, because between SIEBEL and CHALLANGER, not one person can confirm where my phone is or what has been to it. This is my 2nd complaint on hellopeter. I also sent a complaint directly to MTN via the website, with reference 1686930. Bruno, I have left several messages for you or Allisson to return my call, but your staff sims is not for WORK, it's for buddies. You guys ignore my desperate pleas for just one call, I just want my phone repaired, but you do not even know where it is!!! Next step in my losing battle is SAPS, I guess... to report it. No phone, no contract, I am sure someone in the legal profession can advise me on my consumer protection recourse, because I will be canceling. All of you, at Morningside, should take a good look at your clients who pay your salaries, whom you treat like worthless pieces of rubbish. I'm firing my "SP"..
