Trying to get through to your technical department

10.10am - I spoke to an agent and asked to be transferred to your technical centre. I get transferred and an agent picks up. I could hear them talking in the background and then I'm put on hold.
10.15am - same thing happens.
10.17am - an agent gives me the direct number which I call at 10.19am and I get back to the Call Centre.
10.19am i called again and asked for a supervisor's number in the technical centre, and Shadrack told me i should call Neyo and the following number was givien : 011 650
10.20am - i call the number and it doesn't exist.
10.20am - ONCE AGAIN i call your Call Centre and Matthew tells me that the number doesn't exist and they only use internal numbers (the previous agent should've know this, or am i expecting too much)
- Matthew transfers me, and finally someone answers! Sarah tells me Neyo is busy and it looks like he will be busy for a while.
Sarah cant help me and has to escalate my call to Cell C (which will take 24 hours to 2 working days) - REF: SD119281. After I told her i spoke to to Cell C's technical department and they advised me to call Autopage.
