My issue is almost identical to the many complaints already logged against the Samsung Care Centre in Weltevreden Park (Roodepoort). My phone was booked in on Sunday 10/11/2013 and i was told that the motherboard was faulty and that it would take two hours to fix my phone. I called in on Monday 11/11/2013 and was told that they did not have any parts in stock. I explained that I would not have left my phone their had I known that they did not have stock in a part as I cannot afford to be without a phone. I requested to speak to the manager who was not available and I assured he would call me back the next day. No call the next day. I called them later the afternoon and was told my phone would be ready today (13/11/2013). Today i called the centre and was told my phone would only be ready next week! Afterrequesting to speak to the manager and having to hold on for quite some time I ws told that no manager was available and they could not say when one would return my call.
Further to this, the consultant I spoke to was not at all helpful and was dismissive at times.
I am extremely unhappy with Samsung and now wish I had opted for an iPhone instead.
