One of our cellphones was. We reported the incident with Vodacom and asked them to allow us to "swop" a new SIM Card (with our existing cellphone nr) for the new phone.
Vodacom did nott approve our request. The reason being: that the cellphone's contract will expire in a couple of months time because we cancelled it last year.
Our argument however is: that we still pay for the couple of months (R881, 18 - each month as per contract) without being allowed to use our SIM Card.
Our contract number with Vodacom is: B0030722-2 and the cellphone number : 082 572 7021 - The name of our company is: Woodstock
