Dear Sirs/ Madam
I am a client of First for Women Insurance. I was informed that my part for a Range Rover repairs was ordered on the 12 February 2026 and that repairs will be effected a week later. When I sent my partner to go and enquire he was told that the part was never ordered. A lady of Automagic Blue Route called me on the 12th instant to conform that the part was ordered. I am am an Attorney for 30 years and have never come across such shoddy disrespectful service.
Their is a complete lack of communication on their side, I am lodging a complaint against automagic with the ombudsman and consumer complaints. fayruze Noor. 0722542890
