I have made numerous requests to have my contract cancelled because our 24 month contract had lapsed but to this day debits are going through my account and it's over a year and two months now. Through out the duration of my contract I did not use my benefits except for the first three months because my phone gotten. I reported the incident to the contract bearer[virgin mobile SA] and they have shown no regard to my problem but rather continued to debit my account as if the sim card was of use still. I don't have a cellphone still and it's over two years now but yet I'm having a cellphone contract. cellphone number listed in my contacts belongs to my daughter. I'm desperately asking for help.
