Cellphone claim rejected

My cellphone fell.
I took it to the Eastgate office tower to see what can be done.
I pay for insurance and for the cellphone every month and am a good client and apparently my claim was rejected.
I have insurance of up to more than R10, 000 and still Cellsure are giving me problems.
Their reason for declining my claim is because at the time when it happened i had a different sim card in the vodacom cellphone.
Which isn't acceptable at all!
My vodacom sim card was in another vodacom cellphone that i also have and also had on a contract. But because i have problems with both cellphones i sometimes have to change in between the 2. With sim cards. I was told that from the beginning i am eligible to get another new cellphone.
I wanted to get a Samsung Galaxy 4. As Blackberries are to shocking for words.
It's not fair that i have to pay for insurance and my cellphone etc every month when they decline my claim
They are going to lose a very good customer because of this. I am not the only one this has happened to.
I was even told to call in to check when the Samsung will be ready for collection and then this happens.
There should be no reason for me not being able to get a Samsung G4.
