I habe a contract with Telkom on a wifi router for the past 2 years, in March this yeas I went and got a cellphone and tablet contract with them they combined the contracts without telling me and made one bill, I got a massage non payment, I ignored that massage thinking it was a spam massage as my account was paid last month, only to find out that my account has reached credit limit of which they say is R26.70. I was taken from Pilar cause no one told me about credit limit I was never even given a chance to rectify my credit, my line was just cut off including the wifi router at home and I am using the wife for work as I work mostly from home, I spoke to about 6 call agents and even went to Telkom store, still did not get help.
