I've taken out a contract through Vodacom SP on 0820618001, more than 6 months ago. I was told I could cancel this contract after 6 months as I haven't taken a cellphone with this deal and merely converted my sin card from Pre-paid to Post-paid. When I enquired about this, via your call centre and again at the branch I have taken the contract, Auckland Park, Campus Square, I was told that this is a 24 month deal and I am unable to cancel this. My problem is I haven't taken the cellphone so I'm not paying anything off - I wish to cancel this deal as I have another contract with you on 0713654369 - I am unable to afford both these contract and urge to cancel 0820618001 - Once cancelled, I would like to do a sim-swop and use the number 0820618001 on the "0713654369" contract - Your urgent response would be greatly appreciated
