When I left Virgin Mobile because of constant billing issues, i joined the (supposed) "leader" in mobile telecoms, Vodacom, in the hope of never having billing related issues. I was delighted with Vodacoms billing system, always correct date, always the correct amount. BUT... I am now of the opinion that I may have been misled in my thinking that Vodacom is a leader. No matter how bad the billing service at Virgin was, I NEVER had any connection issues, or dropped call isues, or signal issues, or congestion issues, or 3G connectivity issues (ok, Virgin didn't have 3G), all of the above is a constant headache with Vodacom. Even BIS is down a lot. I have already switched to Telkom's 8ta for my mobile data because 3G connectivity was a major pain with Vodacom. PLEASE HELP Vodacom!!
