How can a valid number not be registered on Vodacoms network???
I have a new cellphone (S4), a new contract (with Vodacom), a new cellphone number and a new sim card. And all I get is... PROBLEMS!!!
And guess who at any Vodacom shop can help me? Eish, NOBODY! Eish, I'm so sorry!
Sorry that your brand new phone cannot make calls, but you only pay R1000/month, what do you expect. Surely not good service, do you? No, not from Vodacom.
I cannot make phone calls, all I get is: NOT REGISTERED ON NETWORK! I cannot send sms, I cannot receive phone calls, I do not have reception. All I do have is a fancy phone that cannot work on Vodacom's network and a cellphone bill for just having the phone, Whether its working or not.
Pathetic! How can a valid number not be registered on Vodacom's network? What is going on? No reception, that while I see the cellphone tower from where I stay!
Please respond to my problem.
