I have been experiancing 3G network problems for over 3 months and have contacted customer care numorous occasiomns to resolve issues or find out what's happening, what's being done and a time frame till its completion. To no avail. I have just wasted many our waiting for consultants to tell me nothing and be of absalutly no help. As a result I do not feel its fair for me to pay for a service I do not receive. I have contacted the contract cancelations deptment only to receive the same treatment. 1 person promises me that I will get feed back which never comes. I started the process of canceling my contract on 31-01. And have received Zero response. I will not pay another account as I feel the moneys I have paid over the past 3 months was for nothing and wish for the contract to be cancled. Hopefully vodacom will take notice when they stop receiving funds from me. I doubt this will lead to any results as I have been fighting a loosing battle for over 3 months. Good luck to anybody else stuck with this company which put money before the people who they serve.
