On the 15th of December 2012 I upgraded my contract to a new Blackberry Bold 9900, I asked the consultant to put insurance on my phone.
On the 17th of January 2013 I got mugged and my phone was. After blocking my phone I wanted to claim for my phone of which I got told that my phone was not insured. Apparently there was a backlog at MTN head office and my phone never got insured.
Then I went to MTN Key West personally to sort this out and I got told that they are not going to refund my phone because there is a month waiting period before my insurance is activated, which I was never informed of in the first place. After a lot of phone calls to MTN Key West this still has not been sorted out.
I need to know how this problem is going to be solved.
