I changed the ownership of my moms account to my name and that's when all the problems started. Firstly it took over a month to get that process alone sorted with me having to mail the springs branch 3 times with no responce. I then contacted headoffice about double charge of my account and no one at the store would explain why or how. The manager at the call centre, Ms Iris promised to get this sorted and till this day I have not received a call back from her. Everytime I call she is not in the office. I have wasted time, money and energy over the past 3months trying to sort this out. What makes it worse is that the phone doesnt even work, it was sent in for repairs and came back worse then before so Im fighting over something Im not benefiting from currently. Mind you, this phone is insured. I asked for an apology from the Springs manager who was beyond rude to me; still waiting. I have contacted this company over 14 times over the past 3 months with no luck of the matter being resolved. I want out of this contract, I am done being treated like an unworthy customer. My money and loyalty will be appreciated somewhere else if Autopage thinks they cant. NO ONE I KNOW WILL USE THIS CO
