I am now really tired of waiting for vodacom to contact me regarding a new contract I took out. In the contract it states that you get your R99 airtime and 100mg Data for the first 3 months. Well, let me assure you all that I have not received any data. I took this contract out at a vodacom outlet. The gentleman there is helpfull and did send the contract through as asked. Vodacom assured me that someone will call me in 24 hours... I am still waiting and I've been waiting now for 2 months... HOW does this work. A few years ago I were on pay as you go. Money got debited from my account for a contract THAT I NEVER took out. When you phone you talk to 5 different people and every time you have to tell the same story. I had enough. I want to cancel this contract today. Please if someone could advise me how I would be gratefull. Just to let vodacom know. There are so many better deals out there so if you guys cant actually do your job correctly and profesionally... good luck.
