Extremely Poor Service

I have a contract with vodacom for 4 months now but only had my phone in possession for a month. i opened a contract on the 23 September, i waited 2 weeks to receive the phone (blackberry 9790). On receiving the phone it only worked for 2 weeks thereafter i took it back to the branch whereby, having to wait another two weeks for the phone, i got the phone back which only worked for another 2 weeks, it gave me problems again and i took it back on the 20th December and i'm still waiting! I spend money going into the southgate to get answers but never recieve any. I feel im paying for the sim card and i wanna know if anybody can offer me advice on how to go about this. I wanna stop the contract but afraid of the penalties this comes with. Im fed up with Vodacom's excuses and waiting periods and am really dissapointed in the network i thought was the best and if this problem persists i'll be forced to take legal action!!
