Starting the initial contract was more or less standard, until we wanted to use the phones. The contract started 15 March 2011 (confirmed in a vodacom shop), but the phones were only active 3 MONTHS later!
Now that I want to cancel my contract 2 years later I am told I can only stop it end of MAY?
Why do you need to give a MONTHS notice to stop your contract after 24 months are done?
According to the contract cancellation line my "original" contract started in May, but we apparently upgraded in the 21st month. How then can I be charged 2 months longer on the upgraded contract?
I confirmed in a vodacom shop that my contract started in 15 March 2011 and that it ends April 2013.
My sister took out the exact same contract on the exact same date, I would love to know why she is able to cancel her contract in April but I can only do so end of May?
I want to cancel my contract and keep my number as a pre-paid number, is that such a difficult process?
