Cancelation of Laptop Contracts

I have just been messed around by VODACOM. My laptop contract has expired and I have sent through a request to cancel my contract two months in advance. I contact Vodacom customer care where I have now spent about 2 hours explaining myself over and over the same thing that I should not be paying for the account and it was first said to me that I wont pay any more money after September I then get told by the next person Vuyisile that I still need to pay money at the end of October. I don't think any of them know what they are talking about and Vodacom should start training the consultants to be more efficient with there work as they are all working on the same system but they are all seeing something different. I now have had enough of this. all I want is confirmation that my account is sorted that there is no more payments that will take place. I was warned that I will be having an uphill battle to cancel a contract payment and I honestly thought that this would not be the case as Vodacom is a big company. I will really think twice before doing business with this people again.
