Good day,

I am very unhappy with Vodacom's service. I took out an phone contract more than two years and I have only had trouble and empty promises since day one. First of all I never received the 'gift card' that was used by Vodacom or their sales agents to get me to sign up for the contract. I made numerous calls and even went to our local Vodacom store without any luck until this day.
I decided to pay this contract until the 24 months has passed and then to simply never again deal with Vodacom.
I haven't even been using this contract at all for the past four months. I cancelled the contract in writing a month ago and still im getting billed. How am I going to eventually get this contract stopped?
