I am writing to formally lodge a complaint against MBD Credit Solutions regarding their failure to provide a paid-up letter for an account I settled on 26 June 2025.
Despite multiple follow-ups and calls, I have yet to receive the document. Each time I contact their office, I am told it will be sent, only to later be informed that the email address was incorrect — despite having confirmed it several times. This delay is now negatively affecting my financial well-being and credit score, and I am extremely frustrated by the lack of urgency and accountability.
It is unacceptable that MBD is so persistent when collecting payments, yet unable to fulfil a simple administrative request after payment has been made. I believe this reflects poorly on their service standards and disregard for consumer rights.
