So dumb they cannot even activate a sim card

I ordered a new phone via MTN Business, all the paperwork was sorted and MTN delivered the phone last week Monday morning (7 working days already) but it has been impossible to get Business Activations to activate the sim so I can use the phone. I have tried emailing, calling several time but either just get cut off get get told some story about they will contact me or they are waiting for an email (which both the person doing the contract and I sent). It was an upgrade, the new phone uses the micro-sim, what is the use of having a new phone but cannot use it.

Please stop stuffing your face with fried chicken and get off your fat lazy and activate my sim card!!!
