On 13 Nov I applied for an upgrade and was told to activate my new sim by phoning 083 123 9622. I received my phone today and phoned the number, only to be told that they could not activate my sim as my account was a corporate account and the corporate accounts division needed to activate the sim. I phoned the corporate accounts division on 083 900 3325 and was told that they could not activate the sim and that I should again contact the same number for activation 083 123 9622. This happened about three times with each division unable to activate my sim and blaming each other for the problem. Pathetic! I am the customer. How can you not address something so simple as an activation? This is your business. Cancel my contract and collect your phone. I will rather sign up with Vodafone or Cell-C. I will be taking this up with the ombudsman too.
