What a Shame Vodacom

I have been trying to upgrade my phone since 29 May 13, cut a long story short - was delivered yesterday. Now I have to have the new micro sim card activated. I have been trying to do so since 0930 this morning. I have been sent from pillar to post, I have emailed, answered the email questions etc. I have even been told to go to a shop to have it done!! I cannot believe that such a giant company has so many incompetent staff working for them, if they cannot help you they just cut you off. Do we as South Africans just sit back and let all service levels just go to pot, or do we make a lot of noise to let suppliers know what we expect. Vodacom needs to look into their training of staff, we the public are not all. Their website, they do not assist - they frustrate you beyond belief. I now sit with a state of the art phone, but sadly cannot use it - why because I cannot activate it - why because their staff are not properly trained - ACTIVATE MY PHONE MICRO SIM CARD
