Nearly a week later new sim card not activated

I am at my wits end with the shocking lack of service I am receiving from Nashua. I received my new micro sim card for my Blackberry Z10 on Thursday, 30 May - I then phoned to request that it be activated - I was told it would take 2 to 24 hours to activate. 24 hours later it just kept on saying "sim not provisioned - emergency calls only". I then phoned the following day, held on for nearly 20 minutes to be told that the card had not been RICA'd, they would RICA it immediately and activate the card - again I would need to wait 2 to 24 hours for the card to work. I went the whole weekend without my phone / card working. I phoned yet again yesterday and spoke with Simone who again advised that it looked like the card was still not RICA'd but she would sort it out immediately and she would phone me back on my work line to confirm that all was sorted out and in working condition. It is now a day later and still my phone is not working and I have not heard from Nashua Mobile since. PLEASE URGENTLY SORT THIS OUT - I REFUSE TO PAY FOR A SERVICE I AM NOT RECEIVING!
