I bought an Iphone 4 from the call centre number with was delivered on the 28/08/2013. The PHONE was not activated however the call centre advised me to visit my nearest Vodacom store they will activate the fone for me. Which i did however these store WONT and WILL NOT activate this PHONE because I never took or bought the fone from them. I must ask / request the people who sold me the phone to activate it for me. I MEAN REALLY? HOW CAN A CALL CENTRE ACTIVATE A PHONE FOR ME?.. What kind of service in I given? So what the point of having a contract phone that doesn't work? PLAESE HEAR ME OUT THE SIM CARD HAS BEEN ACTIVATED BUT THE PHONE IS NOT ACTIVATED. in other words this phone is not working... i can't take this anymore... I have been up and down to have this sorted out... Spoke to Mbali from cancellations department... she dropped the call while complaining about this... this is not on VODACOM
