For the 3rd time I tried to activate my Nedbank App Suite. i received a phone call from a chap who wanted to activate it for me by checking verifying me. Then he transferred me to the activation department. I put the phone on loudspeaker and waited 42 minutes and 22 seconds. Then it got disconnected. This was my 3rd attempt and all three resulted in the same dismal service which I have gotten used to after banking with them for 5 years, personally and business wise. Just applied with FNB to change my personal and business accounts to them.
