CONTRACT CANELLED IN ERROR AND THEY CANNOT REINST

ON THE 27/01/2014 MY CELL PHONE STOPPED WORKING i COULD NOT MAKE ANY CALLS OR GO ONLINE. I CONTACTED THE CALL CENTRE AND THE PERSON THAT ASSISTED ME TOLD ME THAT MY CONTRACT WAS CANCELLED AND THAT I WAS ON PREPAID, SHE SAID THAT THE CONTRACT WOULD BE RE-INSTATED BETWEEN 2 AND 24 HOURS IT IS NOW 8 DAYS LATER AND ALMOST 10 CALLS TO THE CALL CENTRE WERE I GET TOLD THAT 24 HOURS AND IT WILL WORK . THIS MORNING WHEN I CALLED I AM TOLD THAT THERE IS ONLY ONE PERSON THAT RE-INSTATES CONTRACTS AND SHE IS NOT AVAILABLE. I ASKED FOR A MANAGER AND I GET TOLD THE SAME THING. IF THIS IS HOW YOU TREAT A CUSTOMER OF 12 YEARS THEN I DONT KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING TO THIS COMPANY. MAYBE THIS IS A SIGN FOR ME TO CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDERS. I WOULD LIKE A MANGER TO CONTACT ME TO TELL ME THAT MY PHONE IS RE -INSTATED TODAY
