I entered into a contract using the online shopping method and ordered a phone with portable number for my wife as well as a data card for my wireless router.
To start of with it took 10 days for my goods to be delivered... and that after the sales consultant said that I was approved for the contract and that the items would be delivered in a couple of days.
I ordered the phone for my wife and wanted her to have it before she traveled... this did not work out due to the late delivery. Once I received the parcel I activated the data card without any problems.
I tried to activate my wifes new sim card on the 27th of June. (call centre 0821945) The operator sent an email at 12:06 to activations department. I was told it would take 2 to 48 hours. I followed up again on the 28th at 17:41 after the phone displayed a "simcard not provisioned:2" message. I was told that activations only worked Mondays to Fridays and that I would have to check again by Monday after 48 hrs. I called again on the 28th @ 13:48. Same message on the phone. The operator promised to phone me back on the 2nd which she did but again same message on phone. 72hrs no joy, no working sim!
