In reference to my complaint of 22 January, I received a call from somebody from Virgin Mobile who told me that he would call me back before the end of business that day and would inform me of when my last debit order would be coming off as I have ported away from them. I am still waiting. Please will somebody sort this out! I would like this to be finalised once and for all. As an aside - don't bother trying to send an email to their Customer Care from their website either because they never respond. I sent an email on 10 January and I have never heard back from them.
