INCORRECT BILLING AND POOR SERVICE 2

Please refer to my previous complaint about Virgin Mobile South-Africa...

Tsego came back to me, sure. But her calling back and making more empty promises made me doubt Virgin Mobile even more! She explained that the billing methods changed and that she'll forward me an exact breakdown of my account. Needless to say - i have not heard from her since and have not received anything but the next bill from Virgin Mobile.
