New cell phone not fixable

I received a cellphone from cell c in december after i have renewed my contract with them for the 3rd time. in January the phone was faulty and i couldnt charge it. so i too it to Jabulani mall to take it for repaires. few weeks after Jabulani mall calls me to collect my phone but to note that the phone was not fixed. the following day i went to jabulani mall cell c to pick my cell and to find out why didnt it got fixed. when i got there i found three gentlement who were not willing to help me with stinking attitude. they asked me for the invoice that/paper that i they gave me when i took the cell phone in and i did not have it. but i had a box of the phone, reference number and my id to convience them that the phone was mine and they refused to give me the phone until i get the slip back or affidaviate. and after that they acted as if i dont exist as they were busy on the computers. today i phoned the repairs department to wanting to find out more and a guy by the name of DAMIA answered who was rude, unprofessional. and he insisted that i physically damaged the phone and they are not going to fix it. that phone i never physically damaged. Cell c i want to cancel the contract!!!
