I have ported away from Virgin Mobile and my last airtime was loaded at the beginning of December.
The December debit order didn't come off my account which rolled over to January, but that hasn't come off either. I sent a message to Customer Care/accounts ages ago and nobody has bothered to get back to me.
Please will somebody call me to tell me what is going on? I wish for the last debit order to come off and I want confirmation that my account has been cancelled
